Dhe 70,000 euro te tjera per ceshtjen kunder kompanise se naftes Mamidoil!

Qeveria miratoi dje fondin shtese prej 70,000 euro, për të përballuar pagesat e tarifave avokatore të përfaqësimit për çështjen e arbitrazhit ndërkombëtar nr.ARB/11/24 “Mamidoil Jetoil Greek Petroleum Products Societe Anonyme S.A., kundër Republikës së Shqipërisë”. Ky eshte kësti i dytë dhe i tretë i kesaj ceshtje që zhvillohet në Qendrën Ndërkombëtare për Zgjidhjen e Konflikteve nga Investimet (ICSID). Kesti i pare prej 70,000 euro eshte paguar ne maj te ketij viti ndersa jane paguar dhe 100,000 dollare per shpenzimet e vete gjykates.
Vendimi i Arbitrazhit Nderkombetar pritet me interes per vete kompleksitetin e ceshtjes.
