AK: Privatizimi (Albpetrolit), pakt korruptiv

Aleanca Kuq e Zi shprehu shqetësimin e saj lidhur me procesin e privatizimit të Albpetrolit , të cilin e cilësoi si jotransparent dhe të kapur nga interesa klienteliste.
“Gjithnjë e me shumë po krijohet bindja se paratë e ofruara në këtë tender në vlerat 850 milionë euro, 790 milionë euro, si dhe vlerat e kompanive të tjera nuk janë rrjedhojë e konkurrimit por rrjedhojë e bashkëpunimit dhe marrëveshjeve paraprake midis konkurrentëve dhe segmenteve të caktuara pranë kreut të qeverisë. Pjesëmarrja në këtë tender e kompanive pa asnjë eksperiencë në fushën e naftës, si dhe mungesa e kompanive me famë botërore si ‘Shell’, ‘Eni’, ‘British Petroleum’ etj. flet hapur për mungesë transparence dhe interesa klienteliste”, u shpreh Dashamir Uruci, sekretar për Ekonominë në Aleancën Kuq e Zi.
Duke iu referuar edhe privatizimit të katër HEC-eve,  Aleanca Kuq e Zi denoncon politikat e qeverisë për të shitur cdo gjë prodhon të mira materiale me qëllim financimin e fushatës elektorale.
“Qëllimi është mbyllja sa më parë e deficitit buxhetor si dhe financimi i fushatës elektorale për të fituar me cdo kusht në zgjedhjet e vitit 2013”, tha Uruçi.

RBA: Privatization, a corruptive pact
The Red and Black Alliance expressed its concern regarding the privatization process of Albpetrol, which it considers as non-transparent and affected by the government’s clients.
“It’s becoming even clearer that the money offered in this tender, 850 million EUR and 790 million EUR, and the value of other companies, are not result of competitiveness, but of cooperation and a preliminary agreements between the competitors and the government. The participation in the tender of companies that have no experience in the area and the lack of famous companies such as Shell, Eni, British Petroleum, etc, shows that there is a lack of transparency”, declared Dashamir Uruci, secretary of economy for the Red and Black Alliance.
Referring to the privatization of hour HPPs, the Red and Black Alliance reports the government’s policies for selling everything that produces goods, so that they can finance their electoral campaign, according to RBA.
“Their goal is to close the budget deficit as soon as possible and the financing of the electoral campaign for winning the elections of 2013 at any cost”, Uruci declared.
