Komuna e Çairit, model i zbatimit të masave për efikasitet energjetik (eng also)

Ministri i ekonomisë Valon Saraçini sot vizitoi komunën e Çairit, me ç’ rast së bashku me kryetarin e komunës Izet Mexhiti lëshuan në përdorim zyrtar Sistemin modern komunal të ndriçimit publik, të ndërtuar me masa për efikasitet të energjisë.
Ministri Saraçini përgëzoi kryetarin Mexhiti për zbatimin e një projekti të tillë, me të cilin banorët e Çairit tani më kanë ndriçim cilësor në tërë territorin e komunës, ndërsa apeloi tek të gjitha komunat që të ndjekin shembullin e komunës së Çairit.
“Sot jemi dëshmitar të realizimit të njërit prej projekte për racionalizimin e konsumit të energjisë elektrike, në kushte kur çmimet e energjisë vetëm rriten, projekti i Komunës së Çairit për modernizimin e sistemit të ndriçimit publik, përmes zëvendësimit të ndriçueseve ekzistuese me ndriçuese LED, do të ul konsumin e energjisë elektrike deri minimum 60%”, deklaroi ministri Saraçini.
Përveç kësaj, shtoi më tej Saraçini, komuna e Çairit ka zbatuar edhe një hap vizionar, në shërbim të qytetarëve, e ky është formimi i qendrës informative (call center), me të cilën do të vendoset sistemi automatik për mbikëqyrjen e ndriçueseve dhe marrjen e informatave për shkallën e kyçjes së tyre dhe nevojën e zëvendësimit apo për ndonjë lloj tjetër të intervenimit, që do të kontribuojë në afat sa më të shkurtër të eliminohet defekti.
Kryetari i komunës së Çairit Izet Mexhiti tha se projekti në fjalë është realizuar me bashkëpunim privato-publik, ka kushtuar 1 milion euro dhe është finansuar tërësisht nga koncesionuesi privat, që do të thotë se nuk është shpenzuar asnjë denarë nga xhepi i qytetarëve të komunës.
“Kemi zëvendësuar dhe instaluar gjithsej 2000 poçe elektrike, duke instaluar kështu një sistem modern të ndriçimit publik, dhe kemi mbuluar gjithë rrugët që janë në kompetencën tonë. Ky është një trend evropian, të cilit nuk i ik as komuna e Çairit, por përkundrazi jemi në hap me metropolat evropiane, investimi prej 1 milion euro është zbatuar nga partneri privat, pa mjete të qytetarëve, pra buxheti nuk është prekur fare. Qytetarët e Çairit tanimë kanë ku të drejtohen 24 orë në ditë, nëse paraqitet ndonjë defekt në ndriçimin rrugor’, deklaroi Mexhiti.
Punimet në ndriçimin publik modern të Çairit e ka zbatuar kompania KMG Kvazar, e cila gjatë 14 viteve të ardhshme për sa e ka fituar koncesionin, do të mirëmbaj sistemin e ndriçimit, ndërsa defektet qytetarët do të  mund ti lajmërojnë në tre mënyra: duke u lajmëruar në call qendrën në ambientet e komunës, duke dërguar sms apo e-mail.

Saraqini: Municipality of Cair model of implementation of measures for energy efficiency
The Minister of Economy Valon Saraqini today visited the municipality of Cair and together with the Mayor Izet Mexhiti set in official use the modern system for public illumination, constructed with measures for energy efficiency.
The Minister addressed greetings to the Mayor Mexhiti for the successful implementation of the project with which the citizens of Cair received quality illumination on the entire territory of the municipality, yet appealed to all of the municipalities to follow the example of the municipality of Cair.
“Today, we are witnesses of the realization of one of the projects that enable rationalization of the consumption of electricity under conditions when the prices of the electricity constantly grow. Only with replacement of the existing lights with LED lights the municipality will reduce the consumption of energy for at least 60 percent”, stated Minister Saraqini.
Beside that, added Saraqini, the municipality of Cair has implemented visionary step in service of the citizens and that is the establishment of the Call Center with which is established automatic system for monitoring of the illumination, as well as reception of information for monitoring of the degree of their involvement and the need for replacement of lights or any other type of intervention that will contribute for elimination of the defects at the shortest period of time.
The Mayor of Cair, Izet Mexhiti stated that the project is implemented by the model of Public Private Partnership and costs 1 million Euros as complete investment of the private partner which means that from the pocket of the citizens is not spent even 1 Denar.
“We replaced and installed in total 2000 lights, building in such manner modern system for public illumination with which we covered all of the streets and alleys that are under our jurisdiction. This is European trend from which is not excluded our municipality but to the contrary, Cair is in step with the European metropolis. The complete value of the investment is implemented by the private partner without funds from the citizens”, stated Mexhiti.
The modern system for public illumination in Cair implemented the company KMG KVAZAR which during the next 14 years, the period of the validity of the concession, will maintain the system for illumination and the citizens will be able to report the defects of the system in three ways: with call to the Call Center which is in the premises of the municipality, by sending SMS or e-mail.
