Panariti: BEDZ te mbeshtese projektet energjitike (eng also)

Ministri i Punëve të Jashtme, z. Edmond Panariti, mori pjesë në 15 dhjetor në takimin e 27-të Komitetit të Ministrave të Jashtëm të Organizatës së Bashkëpunimit Ekonomik të Detit të Zi, i cili u mbajt në Stamboll. Në këtë takim që u drejtua nga Ministri i Jashtëm turk, z. Ahmet Davutogllu, ishin të pranishëm ministrat e Punëve të Jashtme të 12 vendeve anëtare të organizatës, vendeve me statusin e vëzhguesit, si dhe të ftuar të tjerë.

Në fjalën e tij, Ministri Panariti theksoi se Organizata e Bashkëpunimit Ekonomik të Detit të Zi përbën një organizëm të rëndësishëm për zhvillimin e marrëdhënieve mes vendeve të rajonit, duke forcuar dialogun politik dhe krijuar mundësi të gjera për bashkëpunimin ekonomik. Ai theksoi nevojën e forcimit të përpjekjeve të vendeve anëtare të organizatës për thellimin e partneritetit ekonomik, sidomos në zhvillimin e infrastruktures së rajonit, realizimin e projekteve në shumë fusha, sidomos në atë energjitike dhe ndërtimin e korridoreve rrugore dhe hekurudhore që lehtësojnë komunikimin mes vendeve. Ai shtroi, gjithashtu, nevojën që organizata të zgjerojë partneritetin me aktorë të rëndësishëm ndërkombëtare dhe rajonalë si BE, Banka Europiane për Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim, etj.
Në përfundim Ministri Panariti theksoi se integrimi europian dhe forcimi i bashkëpunimit rajonal përbën një ndër sfidat më të rëndësishme të politikës së jashtme të qeverisë shqiptare dhe, në këtë kuadër, ajo do të shtojë angazhimin në të ardhmen në gjirin e kësaj organizate dhe të nismave të tjera rajonale.
Gjatë punimeve të takimit Ministri Panariti zhvilloi takime me Zëvendëskryeministrin dhe Ministrin e Punëve të Jashtme të Moldavisë, z. Iurie Leonca dhe Zëvendësministrin e Jashtëm të Kroacisë, z. Josko Klisovic.
Në takimin me Ministrin e Jashtëm moldav, Ministri Panariti shtroi nevojën e zhvillimit të marrëdhënieve mes dy vendeve, nëpërmjet zgjerimit të dialogut politik, shkëmbimit të vizitave në të gjitha nivelet dhe forcimit të bashkëpunimit ekonomik e tregtar. Të dy ministrat shprehën gatishmërinë për plotësimin e kuadrit ligjor të bashkëpunimit, kryesisht me marrëveshjet e karakterit ekonomik, si dhe për krijimin e komisionit të përbashkët për bashkëpunim ekonomik e tregtar. Ministri Panariti shprehu gatishmërinë e palës shqiptare për të asistuar palën moldave në procesin e liberalizimit të vizave në hapësirën Schengen.
Në takimin me Zëvendësministrin e Jashtëm kroat të dy bashkëbiseduesit i cilësuan marrëdhëniet mes dy vendeve të shkëlqyera. Ata shprehën vullnetin e qeverive respektive për të forcuar bashkëpunimin ekonomik, sidomos në fushën e ndërtimit të infrastrukturës rrugore moderne dhe energjitikës.

Minister Panariti at the meeting of the BSEC Foreign Ministers: Albania: active role in strengthening of regional cooperation
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Edmond Panariti, attended on 15 December the 27th meeting of the Committee of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization, held in Istanbul. The meeting was chaired by the Turkish Foreign Minister, Mr. Ahmet Davutoğlu and was attended by the Foreign Ministers of the 12 member countries of the organization, countries with observer status, as well as other guests.
In his speech, Minister Panariti underlined that the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation is an important organization for the development of relations between the countries of the region, by strengthening political dialogue and creating broader opportunities for economic cooperation. He put an emphasis on the need to strengthen the efforts of the organization’s member countries to deepen economic partnership, especially in the development of the region’s infrastructure, the implementation of projects in many fields, especially in that of energy and construction of road and rail corridors which facilitate communication between countries. He also raised the need for organizations to expand partnerships with key international and regional actors such as the EU, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and others.
In conclusion, Minister Panariti highlighted that the European integration and the strengthening of regional cooperation is one of the most important challenges for the foreign policy of the Albanian government and, in this framework, it will increase its commitment within the organization and in other regional initiatives in the future.
During the meeting’s proceedings, Minister Panariti held meetings with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova, Mr. Iurie Leancă and the Deputy Foreign Minister of Croatia, Mr. Joško Klisovic.
During the meeting with the Moldovan Foreign Minister, Minister Panariti raised the need for the development of relations between the two countries through the extension of political dialogue, the exchange of visits at all levels and the strengthening of economic and trade cooperation. The both ministers expressed their willingness to complete the legal framework of cooperation particularly on economic related agreements, as well as create the joint commission for trade and economic cooperation. Minister Panariti expressed the Albanian Government’s willingness to assist the Moldovan party in their process of visa liberalization in the Schengen area.
In his meeting with the Croatian Deputy Foreign Minister, the interlocutors praised the excellent relations between the two countries. They expressed their respective governments’ will to strengthen economic cooperation, especially in the field of modern road infrastructure construction and energy.
