PM Berisha inaugurates Gas Power plant of RM Group firm

Prime Minister Sali Berisha attended on 08 June the inauguration event of the Gas Power plant of the RM Group firm. This private investment in gas refill amounts to 6 million Euros and is located in Spitallë area, Durrës.

PM Berisha held in high esteem the plant owner for the investment made and highlighted the fact that 200 workers are recruited in the plant. Also 70% of the plant products are for export to the region and beyond.

Likewise, PM Berisha appreciated highly the owner’s courage, his right decisions and pledged the government will make the utmost for his business to have a success story and the other businesses in Durrës and all over Albania. “The plant we inaugurated today meets the country’s needs that used to be based on import and in this way the Albanian consumer will have the opportunity of getting home-made products at a far more reasonable price as compared to the imported goods. Thus, the Albanian citizen will have the opportunity of extensively using gas for heating and cooking which under whatever circumstances is clearly more significant than the other sources used for heating and energy”, said PM Berisha.
