Saraçini dhe Mexhiti nënshkruan Memorandum për gasifikimin e Çairit

Ministri i Ekonomisë Valon Saraçini dhe Kryetari i komunës së Çairit Izet Mexhiti nënshkruan Memorandum për bashkëpunim që ka për qëllim implementimin e projektit për gazifikimin e komunës së Çairit.
Ministri Saraçini tha se Ministria e Ekonomisë ka përkrahur këtë iniciativë për bashkëpunim të cilën e ka dorëzuar komuna gjatë muajit të kaluar për implementimin e projektit për gazifikimin e komunës së Çairit, në pajtim me të cilin u nënshkrua Memorandumi për bashkëpunim.
‘Me këtë memorandum, Ministria e Ekonomisë dhe Komuna e Çairit shprehin gatishmërinë për të filluar me aktivitetet për përpunimin e dokumentacionit projektues për implementimin e Projektit për gazifikimin e Komunës së Çairit. Bashkëpunimi do tëprfshij përpunimin e studimeve të fizibilititetit për gazifikimin e Komunës së Çairit dhe vlerësimit për ndikimin e gazifikimit në mjedisin jetësor në Komunën  e Çairit, aktivitetet të cilat do ti ndërmerr komuna, dhe Raporti për analizën e mëparshme për elementet themelore të projekit – aktivitet ky të cilin do ta ndërmerr Ministria e Ekonomisë’ tha Ministri Saraçini.
Saraçini shtoi se ky projekt realizohet në bazë të Strategjisë 20 vjeçare për zhvillimin e energjetikës në Republikën e Maqedonisë deri në vitin 2030, e cila përkufizon zhvillimin afatgjatë të sektorit energjetik, në mënyrë që të sigurohet furnizimi i sigurt dhe cilësor i konsumatorëve me energji, ndërsa një nga prioritetet për realizimin e zhvillimit afatgjatë të sektorit energjetik është rritja e shfrytëzimit të gazit natyror.
Komuna e Çairit, tha kryetari Mexhiti, si komunë e cila ka një hapësirë vetëm prej 3,52 км2, ballafaqohet me një deficit të tokës ndërtimore për zhvillimin e zonave industriale, andaj ka nevojë për investime në efikasitetin energjetik dhe burimet rinovuese të energjisë, sepse komuna ka një dendësi të madhe të banorëve dhe në këtë mënyrë ka potencial të madh të shfrytëzuesve energensit të ri – gazit natyror, me të cilin do të supstituohet energensi ekzistues – energjia elektrike e cila ka tendencë të rritjes së vazhdueshme.
‘Me realizimin e këtij projekti do të realizohen shumë qëllime me çrast qëllimi kryesor është rritja e konkurencës së ekonomisë lokale përmes mundësimit të qasjes së të gjithë shfrytëzuesve në gazin natyror si energens ekologjik më të pranueshëm, njëkohësisht duke përmirësuar cilësinë e jetesës së qytetarëve të Çairit’ tha Mexhiti.
Ky aktivitet është në përputhje me gatishmërinë e Qeverisë së Republikës së Maqedonisë për ndërtimin e një sistemi nacional të sistemit të gazifikimit në tërë territorin e Republikës, në përputhje me studimin e fizibilitetit të bërë në vitin 2010-të me projekt ideor.

Saraqini and Mejiti signed Memorandum of Cooperation for implementation of the Project for gasification of Cair
Today, the Minister of Economy Valon Saraqini and the Mayor of the municipality of Cair, Izet Mejiti held press-conference on which signed Memorandum of Cooperation for implementation of the Project for gasification of the municipality of Cair.
It is about activity that is pursuant the efforts of the Government of Republic of Macedonia for construction of National gasification system in Republic of Macedonia for which in 2010 was prepared Feasibility study with idea project pursuant the planned consumption of gas in Republic of Macedonia until 2040 is about 2,8 billion Nm3 of which 2,3 billion Nm3 is long term expected consumption of the same.
“With this MoC the Ministry of Economy and the municipality of Cair express the readiness to start activities for preparation of project documentation for implementation of Project for gasification of the municipality of Cair, emphasized Minister Saraqini adding that the cooperation will cover preparation of Feasibility Study for gasification of the municipality of Cair and Assessment of the influence on the environment of the gasification of the municipality of Cair, activities that the municipality will undertake and the Report for the previous analysis for the basic elements of the Project-activity, that the Ministry of Economy will undertake.
After the completion of the preparation of the project documentation, the Ministry of Economy will submit proposal to the Government of Republic of Macedonia for start of the procedure for granting concession for construction of new system for distribution of natural gas in the municipality of Cair.
The Mayor of Cair, Izet Mejiti stated that the municipality with which he heads last month submitted Initiative to the Ministry of Economy with which is clearly emphasized the need for realization of cooperation with the Ministry of Economy with purpose of start of preparation for the project for gasification of the municipality of Cair.
“The municipality of Cair as municipality which has only 3,52 km2 space is faced with deficit of construction land for development of industrial zones. The municipality has need of investments in energy efficiency and renewable sources of energy because the municipality has big density of population and with that has big potential of users of the new energy source – natural gas with which would be substituted the existing energy source – electricity that has tendency of constant growth”, stated Mejiti.
The Professor of thermal energy Konstantin Dimitrovski emphasized that “with this Memorandum is accelerated the process of gasification of the city of Skopje”, adding that the gasification of the municipality of Cair there are numerous benefits such as: reduction of the pollution, financial effects are significant because of the low price of the gas for 50 percent and the investment returns for less then two years with which at the same time is helped the industry as the pipes and the rest necessary for implementation of the gasification is produced in Macedonia.
