Fiks Fare: Vala e padive të “CEZ” (eng also)

Emisioni “Fiks Fare” ka denoncuar një histori mjaft interesante. Valën e padive që kompania “CEZ Shpërndarje” ka depozituar në gjykatë ndaj debitorëve të saj të shumtë.
Paditë kanë përfshirë edhe një qytetar nga Vlora, i cili ka një vërtetim nga kompania ku theksohet që i ka shlyer të gjitha detyrimet ndaj saj.
Gjykata ka lëshuar urdhërin e ekzkutimit pa marrë gjeneralitetet e qytetarit, ndërkohë që përmbaruesit i kanë bllokuar të gjitha llogaritë bankare.
“CEZ”, pasi është njohur me rastin nëpërmjet “Fiks Fare”, i ka kërkuar ndjesë qytetarit dhe ka premtuar zhbllokimin e llogarive bankare.

Fiks Fare: New wave of lawsuits from CEZ
Top Channel’s program, Fiks Fare, has reported a very interesting story. The wave of lawsuits that the CEZ Distribution Company has filed at Court against the people and businesses that haven’t paid the energy bills.
The suits have included a citizen from Vlore, who has a verification from that company which states that he has paid all obligations.
The court has released the arrest order without taking the generalities of the citizen, and the bailiff has blocked all his bank accounts.
After being acquainted with the case through Fiks Fare, CEZ apologized with the citizen and promised to unblock his bank accounts.
