PS: Albpetrol, aferë gjigande (eng also)

Opozita akuzon se formula e paprecedentë me të cilën qeveria po shet kompaninë Albptrol është një aferë gjigande korrupsioni më deme kolosale për qytetarët.
“Duhet ta kuptojë cdo shqiptar që ato që po shiten tani janë të drejtat për shfrytëzimin e naftës dhe gazit. Po shiten përfundimisht. Nuk do ketë më kush të drejtë që të shfrytëzojë puset nafte në Shqipëri, përvec këtyre privatëve me bekimin e Sali Berishës”, thotë deputeti socialist, Erjon Braçe.
Qeveria thotë se shitja e të drejtave mbi naftën nuk i dëmton interesat kombëtare, pasi shteti do të marrë rentën minerare dhe taksat nga kompania private që do blejë Albpetrolin
“Rentë minerare nga Albpetrol shteti merr edhe sot, tatim-fitimi merr edhe sot. Por elementi që ikën nga pasuria publike është dividenti. Albpetrol deri më sot merrte dividentë.Nesër këtë divident do ta marrë privati”, u shpreh Braçe.
Privatit që do të blejë Albpetrolin qeveria do i japë të drejtën e ofertës së parë edhe për të gjitha koncesionet e tjera të naftës, qoftë kur investitorët aktualë tërhiqen apo edhe në përfundim të afatit të tyre pas 25 vitesh
“Imagjinoni një fëmijë që lind sot, fati i të cilit është përcaktuar për 25 vitet e ardhshme dhe në fund të këtyre viteve ai fëmijë do të jetë punëtor krahu në vendin e tij, asgjë më tepër, sepse pasuritë kombëtare të atdheut të tij, tashmë para se ai të lindë, Sali Berisha i ka privatizuar. Privatizimi i atdheut merr fund me privatizimin e Albpetrolit”, deklaroi Braçe. 
Shqipëria është vendi i vetëm i pasur me naftë në rajon dhe fusha e Patos-Marinzës konsiderohet si vendburimi më i madh i Europës Kontinetale.
“Ajo që është e tmerrshme në gjithë këtë histori është që ne eksportojmë naftë me cmime të lira dhe vit për vit shqiptarët, qytetarët shqiptarë, që janë zotër të kësaj toke, blejnë naftën e importit vit për vit e më shtrenjtë”, përfundoi deputeti socialist.
Shitja e Albpetrol de facto i jep fund privatizimeve në sektorin e naftës, ku shteti përvec transferimit të vendburimeve tek privati po heq dorë edhe nga të drejtat e posaçme mbi këto pasuri.

SP: Albpetrol, a giant corruption affair
The opposition accuses that the unprecedented formula with which the government is selling the Albpetrol Company is a giant corruption affair with colossal damages for the citizens.
“Every Albanian must understand that today they are selling the exploitation rights for oil and gas, definitively. No one will be able to use the oil wells in Albania, besides these private operators who are receiving Berisha’s blessing”, declared the Socialist MP, Erion Brace.
The government says that the sales of the oil rights do not damage the national interests, because the state will receive the mineral export and income taxes from the private company that will buy Albpetrol.
“The state collects even today the mineral export and income taxes. The element that is going away from the public wealth is the dividend. Albpetrol was the one to receive the dividends. Tomorrow, this dividend will be taken by the private operator”, Brace declared.
The private operator that will buy Albpetrol will be granted with the right of the first offer even for all other oil concession, even when the Albanian investors will withdraw or even when their 25-year-long deadline will end.
“The fate of a child that is born today gets decided for the next 25 years, and by the end of these years, that child will be a simple worker in his country, because the natural wealth of his homeland will be sold before he comes to life, and Sali Berisha has privatized them. The privatization of the country ends with the privatization of Albpetrol”, Brace declared.
Albania is the only oil-rich country in the region, and the Patos-Marinza oil field is considered as the biggest source in the European Continent.
“The horrible part of this entire story is that we are exporting oil with cheap prices, and the Albanian citizens, who are the owners of this land, buy imported oil each year with a higher price”, the Socialist MP declared.
The de facto Albpetrol sale ends the privatization in the oil sector, where the state gives up from all special rights on its wealth.

“Pse u privatizua Albpetrol”
Ministri i Ekonomisë, Nasip Naco, ka sqaruar ne emisionin “Debat”, motivet qe çuan ne nismën ligjore te qeverise për te privatizuar 100% kompaninë “Albpetrol”. Përballë një paneli gazetaresh, Naço ka sqaruar se privatizimi është me fitimprurës për qeverinë, ndërkohë qe punonjësve qe do te mbeten pa pune për shkak te këtij privatizimi do tu jepet paga për harkun kohor te një viti. Naço është shprehur entuziast edhe për projektin e gazsjellësit qe do te sjelle gazin e Kaspikut, projekt i cili do te filloje, sipas tij, brenda këtij mandati. Naço ka garantuar se situata ne Bulqizë ne lidhje me kontratat minerare do te stabilizohet. Ndërkaq lidhur me situatën energjetike, ministri i Ekonomisë ka garantuar se nuk do te ketë ndërprerje pasi qeveria do te blejë me çdo çmim.
