Decarbonisation Modelling in the Electricity Sector: Albania

This study assesses the effect of decarbonisation scenarios on the Albanian electricity system. The scenarios and assumptions used in the modelling were agreed with the main stakeholders in Albania (relevant ministries and electricity experts).
