Power distributor OSHEE split into three

The Power Distribution Operator OSHEE has formalized its split into smaller companies by registering with the National Business Center its three new companies.

The first company created by this process is the Distribution System Operator OSSH, which will focus on power distribution, including network building and maintenance.

The second company is the Free Market Supplier FTL and will deal with the purchase and management of energy in the free market.

Meanwhile, the third company is the Universal Service Provider FSHU and will focus on the power supply of end-customers operating in the regulated market.

Meanwhile, OSHEE itself will be a separate stock company, with Adrian Çela acting as a coordinator with the three newly established companies.

The splitting of the Power Distribution Operator was an obligation stipulated in the law regulating the energy sector, which aims at more efficient management and quality service to customers.
