Minister Ismajli participates in the meeting of EnCT Council of Ministers

The Minister of Economic Development, Fadil Ismajli, will participate in the 11th meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Energy Community Treaty which will be held in the Serbian capital – Belgrade, which will be attended by representatives of member states of the Energy Community Treaty (EnCT) and European Union.

The meeting will be used to discuss matters of special interest, such as: energy efficiency, thermal power plants, implementation of the Energy Community Treaty, with emphasis on the Third Package, Energy Strategy at the regional level, projects of interest for the Energy Community and implementation of the ITC-Inter TSO Compensation mechanism.

The meeting of the Energy Community Council of Ministers will also be used to discuss on the Annual activity Report of the Energy Community, budget, operational program and other issues related to its functioning.

Noteworthy, this is the first time for a Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Kosovo to officially attend an official ministerial-level meeting in Belgrade.
