Two applications submitted for photovoltaic powerstations
After those of Shkodra and Fier, two other applications were submitted to the Ministry of Energy for the construction of solar energy parks in the area of the former Metallurgical Plant in Elbasan and in Plug of Lushnja.
The company “INSIDE COMPUTER SYSTEM” has applied for an authorization for the construction of a photovoltaic power stations in the “Former Metallurgical Plant – Elbasan” with a total area of 50,000 m2 where the installed capacity is expected to be 2 MW.
The investment value of this project is around 2.3 million Euros.
In parallel, the company WONDERLAND has applied for the construction of a photovoltaic power stations in the area “Plug, Grabjan, Lushnja” of Fier, with a total area of about 1.75 ha where the installed capacity will be 2 MW.
The investment of this second project is at the value of about 1 million Euro.
