Destructive epidemics of HPPs The Albanian President, Bujar Nishani, ha made another public reaction on the website of the presidency. This time he asks the Prosecutor General to start investigating what the Head of State considers chantage against him by the new majority.

After the debate for giving the Military Home to the Democratic Party as a HQ, by a Presidential Decree, the Socialist Party Parliament Members declared that Nishani signed because the current headquarter of the Democratic Party belongs to his wife, and with this decision he expects to have it back.

But the Head of State denies any connection to this property. “The President’s institution rejects with disgust such slanders, and declares that the family of the President’s wife has no relations to the property in question”, the President declares.

He considers these declarations a harsh anti-constitutional attack based on biased political reasons, which aim to psychologically terrorize the President’s family.

“The Albanian President asked the Prosecutor General to start the investigation procedure against this blackmail that is being made to the Albanian president”, the declaration continues.

Nishani closes the declaration with an appeal to the Socialist Party, Edi Rama, to stop what he considers an unfair and low campaign against the President. Nishani invites every citizen to address to the competent organs if they have fact, guaranteeing that he will implement the constitutional competences of the post.
